  • HGA client Nationwide Building Society saw an 83 percent app adoption rate among its 524 attendees at its Customer Service & Operations Conference (CS&O).
  • This was a 382 percent increase in total attendee app adoption, up from a 17.3 percent app adoption in 2014.
  • Out of 437 active users, 350 of them qualified as “engaged” (10+ engagement actions per day, per user).
  • In terms of attendee experience using the application, 96.9 percent of users rated the app “good to excellent.”
  • 88.8 percent believed the app was of good use to them in their role outside of the event, and 93.3 percent stated the app helped them engage with the event.
