The sheer number of event venues in Manhattan is mind-boggling. When you expand that to Brooklyn, your head just might explode trying to find a perfect spot for your next event. So, we picked a few of our favorite venues in New York to help narrow down your search and ensure you’re infusing some New York style into your next event.

Why We Love It: When I think of [Little] Italy, my mind immediately wanders to thoughts of hand rolled pasta,wood fired pizza and a plethora of wine and Gelso & Grand does not disappoint. To top it off, event staff will tailor the space to your specific needs—that includes giving you use of their projector, DJ equipment and independent A/V.

The Neighborhood: Multiple Pickup locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan

Capacity: 50-75

Event Type: Networking event, cocktail reception, client appreciation

Why We Love It: Having trouble deciding where to host your event? Rent out a NYC Water Taxi and you don’t have to. Your guests get some fresh air and the opportunity to experience all of New York City’s most iconic sights with a cocktail in hand. You can even customize the route to make sure you hit up all the places your guests want to see. With in house microphones and sound, it’s hard to go wrong with this one.

Why we love it: Brooklyn offers cheaper hotels and venues with a far more unique New York vibe than you can find in Manhattan. And DUMBO is about as close as you can get to Manhattan, making it a convenient location no matter where your guests are staying. A former factory, the DUMBO Loft is a blank canvas venue that you can turn into pretty much anything your heart desires for your next conference or reception.

Why we love it: A winery in Brooklyn? Yep. With so many unique rooms, settings and experiences at this venue, you’re sure to find something that suits your event. Tours and tastings are available to add some fun to your day, and the food is fantastic. Sometimes just the event venue can positively impact your attendee numbers, and a unique experience like the Brooklyn Winery is one of them.
